Maybe you came across innovative solutions to workforce diversity and inclusion, some ground-breaking health disparities research that you want to share, or you’re seeking input on a tough talent and organizational development project—whatever the opportunity or challenge, this new online community will facilitate connections with other leaders, professionals, and experts anywhere around the world, right at your fingertips.
We love exchanging knowledge, inspiration and information. That’s why we accept proposals for guest posting, as long as the topic fits our target audience and adds real value to our community members.

Talent Management/Leadership Development: The latest content on employee and organization development that serve as catalysts for advancing diversity and inclusion. Best practices and trends for developing the next generation of diverse and inclusive leaders.
Diversity and Inclusion: Developing diversity and inclusion strategies, aligning diversity with business goals, how to achieve an inclusive culture, innovative employee resources groups, diversity evaluation & metrics and supplier diversity.
Health Equity: Healthy People 2020 defines health equity as the “attainment of the highest level of health for all people.” Health equity topics include; health disparities and factors determining health, how to reduce health inequalities, community health equity initiatives, preventive health and wellness, and workplace wellness
Quality – The article must be educational, informative or inspirational content that is valuable to our members. The post should be well-written and free of typographical and grammatical errors. It should also be objective in tone and not self-promotional.
Word Count –The idea article length is 1,000 – 2,000 words. Break up the post with headings, subheadings and bullet points or numbered items.
Original Content – The article must be 100% unique and not published elsewhere on the web. We run all submissions through CopyScape. It must be written specifically for the Health Inclusion audience.
Editorial Control – We reserve 100% editorial control and may edit the post for quality, grammar, formatting and content.
