Why Wellness

I value and recognize how important it is for people to achieve their full potential and live their best quality life. It requires laser-like focus on your own health and wellness.  As an extension of my interest in helping those who help others, Health Inclusion takes a one to one and one to many approach to enabling people to make lifestyle change designed to improve their life experiences through health and wellness coaching.

Change is rarely easy, even when you know it is for your own benefit. You are the expert on what works best for you to make change.  Education alone is rarely enough.

I find that Awareness, Opportunity and Support helps people transition for lasting positive change.

Rather than “tell” you what to do, we:

  • facilitate your self-discovery and action planning
  • proactively serve as accountability partners to reach your goals
  • tailor interactive consultations for personalized learning and insights
  • collaborate to assess your progress, and adapt plans as needed for continuous improvement

Wellness

Health Inclusion wellness coaching programs are designed to help people achieve a lasting lifestyle change in the areas of weight management, stress management, nutrition, exercise, tobacco cessation, work/life balance, and life satisfaction. All wellness coaching services are 100% confidential and provided by a certified wellness coach. Highly effective and conveniently accessed via blog and social media, personalized wellness coaching sessions can also be conducted face to face or over the phone.
